Senior Credit Hire Paralegal - Pre-lit - Bolton

Senior Credit Hire Paralegal - As part of their extensive recruitment project across the team, our client, a top tier defendant insurance practice is looking for a senior credit hire paralegal, with experience in pre-litigated credit hire, to work with the team leaders to help grow and develop the team whilst providing training and managerial support. This is an excellent opportunity for a more junior fee earner to take a step up in their career.

Introduction to opportunity

  • Job title: Senior Credit Hire Paralegal
  • Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
  • Salary: £19,000 - £24,000
  • Reports to: Partner and Team Leader
  • Previous Experience: Previous pre-litigated credit hire experience is important. Ideally candidates should have 12 months or more at either a claimant or defendant firm.

A key hire within the team

The firm is currently recruiting credit hire paralegals at all levels to manage an ever-growing caseload of work. This piece of recruitment forms part of a wider project to grow the team, but also put in place a structure, which will provide a clear career trajectory for those fee earners within the team.

The successful candidate will become a senior fee earner within the department and will have an active role not just in terms of the day-to-day caseload they run, but in helping to shape the team going forward.

Candidate requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous pre-litigated credit hire experience. They should ideally have 2 years or more, but candidates with 12 months of experience will still be considered.

Any experience of team leading or managing the caseloads and distributing work to other more junior fee earners would be useful, but is not crucial. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right experience and attitude to progress and make a real difference in a growing team.
