A Disputes Lawyer is sought by a long established regional heavyweight that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm recognised as one of this region’s leading names.

You will join the highly driven Dispute Resolution Team which advises on all types of professional and commercial disputes as well as private client matters, providing practical advice to companies and individuals on the best way forward when trying to resolve disputes. You will be advising on varied commercial disputes involving property, contracts, negligence, shareholders, insolvency, partners and directors.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience in handling a mixed caseload of commercial and private client dispute resolution work. Ideally you will have experience in commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes as well as other property disputes.

You will have the ability to deliver succinct high-quality advice, excellent client and team communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for progression. The candidate will be well supported in developing their own caseload and career.

The role will involve marketing and business development and therefore the candidate must be flexible enough to work outside normal office hours when required and preferably have their own vehicle.
