Marketing & Business Developement Coordinator
Our fantastic Law firm clients is currently looking for a Marketing & Business Development coordinator to join them on a permanent basis, in their London Office. The focus of the role is to provide marketing and business development support to the Firms lawyers and staff, striving to work together with the wider team and improve functionality of the London marketing team.
Key responsibilities will include, maintaining current and accurate experience lists, descriptions and case studies for use in marketing campaigns throughout the Firm. The successful candidate will also play a key role in the preparing of business development presentations, briefings and new business proposals, which will assist in winning new business for the Firm. You will also be required to help in maintaining a library of materials and marketing information about the Firms practices alongside keeping an accurate database of clients and other contacts to enable clear and concise external communication. The role will involve helping with various events for practices, as well as industry and office-related events, sponsorships and memberships, experience in organising events would be beneficial.
This multi- faceted role will also see the candidate assisting with the development M&BD strategies, plans and projects across the Firm. Previous experience working with Lawyers and Partners will also be desirable along with the ability to work with PR/Media teams to promote the practice and individual lawyers, as appropriate. You will also be required to provide support for a range of administrative tasks for the London BD team including but not limited to; research, maintaining the Firm’s contact database (InterAction), budget requests, updating activity reports and other administrative duties.
Candidates should be degree educated and have prior experience within a similar position in a legal or professional services environment and have strong written and verbal communication skills. The core hours for this role will be 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role will be paying up to £30,000- £40,000.
