INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITOR - PLYMOUTH
A highly successful law firm are currently looking for a Solicitor to join their Industrial Disease Department.

THE ROLE
- In this role you will be part of a committed yet supportive team, managing a caseload of asbestos litigation claims with appropriate supervision, taking instructions from clients and drafting witness evidence, as well as updating clients on their claim.
- You will also be responsible for preparation of court documents, assessing complex medical conditions and consideration of medical issues/ reports.
TO BE CONSIDERED
- You must be a qualified solicitor, having completed a seat in a Personal Injury department, with the ability to manage your own caseload.
- You must also be adaptable to assist on new work streams and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
The role is open on PQE so applications are welcome from NQ level through to senior lawyers.
