I am recruiting for a long-standing regional firm that, due to an uptick in commercial instructions, is looking for a junior commercial property solicitor to advise on a broad range of property work.
The firm provides a full range of legal services to commercial and private clients. Its commercial client base ranges from local SME and OMBs, through to larger national clients, therefore your day-to-day work will vary. Ideally you will already have gained experience in transactional matters and Landlord & Tenant work. The commercial team also has a niche in undertaking telecoms work, which may add an extra dimension to your existing experience.
You will be a junior level solicitor (or equivalent qualification) with up to around 3 years PQE and the ability to run your own caseload of work, with supervision from more experienced team members. The team is noted for providing a supportive and friendly working environment where you will be able to progress your career.
