Senior Corporate/M&A and Commercial Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining an extremely high profile UK PLC, having multiple international offices across the globe.
Role
This is a newly created role due to sustained organic business growth and success.
You will undertake a highly diverse and varied legal role, including a wide range of corporate work such as M&A activity, corporate real estate, etc. You will also get involved in additional wider commercial work and agreements.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and you will have direct access to a range of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will be provided with significant degrees of autonomy and responsibility to run your own matters from the off.
You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including highly attractive c.30%-40% bonus entitlement.
You will be able to perform this role mostly from home/remotely should you so wish. The organisation has its HQ in central London.
You
You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 3-9 years' PQE. You will have significant prior experiences in relation to corporate/M&A work. You will ideally also have some previous in-house experience.
