Associate General Counsel

JOB TITLE: Associate General Counsel
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Wiltshire

THE ROLE: We are looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer with at least 6+ years PQE and SaaS experience to join our client as an Associate General Counsel, EU legal. The primary focus of this role is to provide day to day commercial contract support across a range of technology focused businesses across the EU region.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from
• Qualified solicitors with at least 6 years PQE including at least 2 years of that spent in a commercial advisory role in private practice.
• Experience with different varieties of software arrangements, e.g. SaaS, Cloud, etc.re-occurring revenue models and new technologies such as Industrial IOT is also essential.
• Ability to provide clear, commercial legal advice, support commercial negotiations and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional European languages/experience is a plus but not essential.
