I am working on a role with an award winning legal services disruptor in the tech space who are looking for a mid/senior lawyer to join their team. They are a business that operates as a hybrid of private practice and in-house taking the best aspects of both. You will be working with a range of clients primarily in the tech space and become the outsourced General Counsel for a number of high growth tech businesses.
You will be exposed to a wide range of legal issues and act as the link between the founders and the junior lawyers in the business.
The ideal candidate will have between 5-7 years PQE. In-house experience is essential either through secondment or from having worked in-house previously. Experience with commercial contracts particularly in the tech space, fintech, corporate, banking and an interest in crypto and NFTs would all be relevant as would payments and Open Banking experience. The role is currently entirely remote and part of the package on offer includes a profit share that is paid on a quarterly basis.
