Are you a property lawyer looking for an opportunity to move in-house? Are you interested in working on a part-time basis? A leading retailer based in Stockport are looking for an experienced real estate lawyer to take on a more varied in-house role working closely with the senior management and one other consultant lawyer.
It is possible to consider the role on either a permanent or consultancy basis.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of leases, managing the more frequent recent variations to these and also helping to assist with new deals. You will also manage the relationship with external lawyers and pick up a variety of other work on getting to know the business including;
- Supporting HR
- Commercial contracts
- Litigation
