The company
A leading global company seeks an in-house legal counsel to be responsible for its commercial legal activities. This is an opportunity for a corporate lawyer to make an in-house transition in a supportive environment, or a legal counsel ready to step up in responsibility and salary whilst still focusing on interesting legal work without the gruelling hours. You will work with another high tier commercial lawyer and report to the Legal Director.
The role
An in-house legal role in a multi-disciplinary legal team, focusing on commercial matters including:
- Supply, procurement, technology, cloud agreements
- Commercial advisory, high profile international transactions
- Buy side technology deals for a world class innovative business
About you
- Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience*
- Good law firm training
- Commercial and/or technology experience either buy or sell side
- Secondment/in-house experience useful but not essential
- Good interpersonal skills and enjoys being part of a collegiate team
*all PQE levels will be considered but the ideal range is 4-8 years.
