Property Litigation Solicitor - Dorset
Regional law firm that is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and has an enviable portfolio of clients is seeking to recruit an additional member into their Property Litigation Team.
The role will involve handling a caseload of disputes relating to ownership, leasing and management of land, across both commercial and residential property, acting for for landlord and tenant.
Ideally, you will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 5PQE gained within a specialist team and able to draw on expensive technical ability to provide a range of landlord and technical contentious matters.
