Employment Solicitor
West Yorkshire
I am working with a well-established, commercial regional practice in West Yorkshire close to Huddersfield who are looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team.
The role is varied, acting for both respondents and individuals on contentious and non-contentious matters across the full spectrum of Employment work including disciplinaries, grievances, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, handbooks, redundancy and TUPE.
The client base is varied with the firm acting for local, regional and national businesses of varying sizes, as well as individuals and executives from a claimant perspective.
This particular role would be suited to an experienced Employment Lawyer with more than 5 years’ experience of running their own caseload. You should be confident in carrying a full caseload of matters and be comfortable going out and developing the practice, whether at seminars, other professional events or networking within the region.
Although the firm is a commercial practice it is also a non stuffy place to work with a genuinely friendly culture, low turnover of staff and a genuine work life balance.
Salary and benefits will be candidate dependent and market rate for the region.
