Great new opportunity for a credit hire paralegal at a Top 50 Legal Firm with a well established national reputation. Offers work with some of the biggest insurance companies in the UK and a competitive salary. Experience in credit hire required and preferably some experience in litigation.

You will be managing your own caseload of small & fast track credit hire files, so it is imperative that you have previously ran matters yourself. This role involves creating the initial case strategy and updating and reviewing files and reports, as well as carrying out discussions and negotiations with all parties in order to try and achieve a quick and appropriate settlement of cases, as well as ensuring that clients are provided written updates throughout the claims process.

The role requires the ability to handle your own caseload, as well as having a good understanding of litigation and great communication skills. Previous credit hire experience is required, with experience as a defendant being preferable. The role offers a salary of up to £21,000 alongside great benefits, as well as a supportive structure where you will be offered guidance and support throughout. The firm offers flexitime and hybrid working, allowing up to 4 days working at home every week.
