London law firm (close to the City) which has a specialist employment law practice is looking to recruit a specialist employment lawyer to work on a caseload of both contentious and non contentious employment law matters.
This firm’s employment law practice work on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:
- Employment Contracts and Policy documentation
- HR issues and compliance
- Corporate support and TUPE matters
- Disciplinary matters and investigations.
- Contentious matters including breach of contract, unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of restrictive covenants
- Employment Tribunal and High Court Litigation
- Boardroom disputes
There is also the opportunity to get involved in networking and business development.
