Corporate Lawyer - Full-time or Part-time

Niche and growing commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit a full-time or part-time corporate lawyer / corporate commercial lawyer  as the firm continues to grow.

Candidates will ideally have experience of working on and running a range of their own corporate law transactions and commercial matters, including:

• Disposals and acquisitions (share sales and business sales);
• Joint ventures and shareholder agreements; 
• Commercial law matters such as commercial contracts and terms and conditions of business; and
• Healthcare matters, especially buying and selling dental practices, care homes and pharmacies.
