COMPANY COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - UP TO 5PQE - OXFORDSHIRE

This is a brilliant vacancy at a well-established regional firm with an excellent reputation. They are looking for a company commercial solicitor ideally around the 5 year PQE level to join them. They will be flexible about PQE for the right candidate, so if you have an excellent, demonstrable skillset but aren't yet 5 years' qualified, your application will still be welcomed!

You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm, working in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues, reorganisations and general Commercial work.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with Clients, as well as provide support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collaborative atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the high standards of this firm.
