One of Scotland’s largest teams of land and rural specialists has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate (5+ PQE) to join the practice area within the Dingwall office, to develop and grow work with clients in the Highlands and beyond.
You must have experience building strong client relationships and a broad range of experience within the rural or commercial real estate sector.
You will be involved in a fast-paced and interesting caseload which will include, but not be limited to drafting, negotiating, and implementing acquisition/sale missives, negotiating and implementation of development/option agreements, crofting, leasing, property management and commercial and non-commercial development relating to large estates.
You'll be acting on behalf of an established UK client base of private individuals and their families, landowners/landed estates, and rural sector clients, as well as entrepreneurs, businesspeople and other wealthy individuals across Scotland and the UK.
