Experienced Employment Solicitor (Respondent)
Leeds
I am working with a fantastic Employment team at a Top 50 practice in Leeds who are looking for a talented respondent Employment Solicitor to join them.
The firm is a national practice and what stands out, apart from the excellent quality work and client base, is the genuinely pleasant environment to work in. They are known in the market as being a really nice place to work where equality, transparency, and diversity influence the people who work here.
The team act for a number of well-known large national clients and cover multiple sectors with particular strengths in healthcare and charity sectors.
The firm are looking for an experienced respondent employment solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE who are comfortable carrying their own caseload and speaking to and advising high profile businesses and individuals. You will be dealing with the full spectrum of matters from recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints.
The team is neither small nor overly large so you really do get the chance to get involved in great work from the outset and stand out.
Opportunities to work in a team like this are few and far between with a great balance between dealing with top end work, whilst also gaining experience and mentoring from highly experienced and respected lawyers in this practice area.
Salary is competitive based on experience with great benefits.
