Childcare Legal Executive - Stoke On Trent

Great opportunity for a Childcare Legal Executive to join a friendly and successful regional law firm.

My client is seeking a legal executive to join their well-established Family Department to work on childcare matters. The successful candidate will be experienced in Public Law children, domestic violence and Private Law children cases.

The successful Childcare Legal Executive will be managing their own caseload of public and private law children matters, as well as matters surrounding domestic violence. You will be doing your own advocacy, where appropriate and instructing/working with Counsel.

This candidate must be a qualified legal executive with experience of managing your own childcare caseload. You will also be able to show that you are comfortable dealing with the LAA. You will be personable and be able to show excellent client care skills as you will be dealing with sensitive issues.
