Residential Conveyancer, Walsall

We are working with this excellent national based firm who are seeking an experienced residential conveyancer. This residential conveyancer will be based in the Walsall office.

There is a real mix of work from both high net worth to more standard level matters. The work will involve,

• Conveyancing
• Complex land law issues
• Land and tenant matters
• Leasehold enfranchisement
• Re-mortgages

On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well regarded team in Walsall.
