A Top 200 firm based in Birmingham City Centre is looking to strengthen its Private Client team with the appointment of a Wills & Probate Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to deal with a high calibre caseload of private client matters.
You will be required to take on a caseload including, but not exclusive to Wills, Probate, Tax & Trust processes as well as dealing with high-value estate administration, obtaining deputyship orders from the Court of Protection as required and acting on behalf of court-appointed deputies. You will be given all the support you need from the Partner and Head of Department in order to succeed along with full admin assistance.
