Leading regional firm has a new vacancy in their private client department in Redditch, Worcestershire.
They are looking for a 2-5 year+ PQE Solicitor to take over an existing caseload of private client matters including:
- Will Preparation (simple through to more complex life interest and discretionary trusts)
- Estate Planning Advice
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection Applications
- Probate and Intestacy Administration
- Trust Work
You will be capable of managing a full caseload with minimal supervision. There is also the opportunity to be involved with business development as you will promote private client services both internally and externally.
The firm offer hybrid working and you can split your time to suit you between being home and office based.
