Commercial Contracts Solicitor
Newcastle based or Remote working
QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced commercial contracts solicitor to join this Tier 1 team based in Newcastle. The role is open to experienced solicitors with upwards of 4 years PQE.
Working as part of this firm's successful and highly regarded commercial contracts team, the focus of this candidates caseload will be technology and digital business. The role will involve contract drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts to include outsourcing and procurement, health and care services contracts, IT outsourcing and cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing and supply of goods, agency, distribution and franchising.
This role can be based at the firm's office in Newcastle or from home (anywhere in the UK) if you are a confident and competent commercial contracts solicitor. To be successful in this role you should be technically strong with a willingness to work with clients across a wide variety of sectors. At times you would be expected to take the lead on matters and also to get involved in new business development.
