A role has arisen at this leading regional Legal 500 recommended firm for a Court of Protection Solicitor to play a key role in the ongoing success of the department.
This opportunity would suit a Court of Protection Solicitor with experience in dealing with issues relating to clients' property and financial affairs. This experience could be in a pure Court of Protection role or as part of a wider caseload. The firm can be flexible on PQE and is open to considering Solicitors at Associate level.
The caseload is excellent quality and the team acts for a variety of clients including victims of accidents, and people who lack mental capacity, including the elderly. This can be through Deputyships, Trusts and Powers of Attorneys.
On offer is a highly competitive salary package as well as a performance related bonus scheme, in addition to excellent career progression and development and a strong work/life balance culture.
The firm will consider applications for lawyers looking to work on a full or part time basis.
