I have a rare opportunity for a Children Solicitor to join a highly respected Legal 500 Care team in Birmingham city centre.
My client is a well-established and universally well-regarded regional firm that offers a range of legal services, including a dedicated team of Care specialists. The Partner led team deals with issues relating to Care proceedings and enjoys an excellent reputation in the region for this work.
The position would suit a Care Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in Public Law matters, representing parents, grandparents and families in Care proceedings, though more experienced applicants would also be encouraged to apply, including Children Panel Solicitors. As the role will include Court work, you will need previous advocacy experience.
The firm offers flexible working arrangements and home working during C19 (and is well placed to offer agile working in the future) along with a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as excellent long term career prospects – indeed, the firm is noted for the long service of many of its staff.
