A leading global technology business based in Surrey.
Description
The Contract Manager will report in the Head of Contracts and support on a number of commercial contract areas including:
- ndas
- licenses
- general commercial matters
You will be responsible for liaising with the business and advising, reviewing & drafting a full portfolio of commercial contracts.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial contract manager with experience in the private sector ideally in the technology space.
You will be legally qualified (LPC/Law degree).
