Real Estate Finance Lawyers NQ – 2 & 3+ years’ PQE LONDON

Private practice law firm in London is seeking to recruit two Real Estate Finance lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The directories-listed team acts on the lender side for major banks, debt funds, insurers and other financial institutions and on the borrower side for investors, developers, blue chip property companies and family offices on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions across all real estate asset classes. The successful candidates will be working closely with the Partners and other team members and will have the opportunity to undertake a variety of finance work including development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance and mezzanine finance transactions in sectors such as hotels and leisure, PRS, student accommodation, logistics and offices.

The team also has a strong reputation for providing Associates with a supportive but equally dynamic environment and so you can expect to have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth of the department.
