Our client is an international company with a fantastic client base. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their legal department in Manchester, the team has a great reputation within the legal industry.
Description
As a Corporate Solicitor you will be working as part of a team to provide corporate legal advice on a broad range of client solutions spanning corporate structuring and reorganisations, M&A, equity investments, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements, in each case, on a domestic and cross border basis.
You will also help build relationships with other teams and clients withing the business as well as project management.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor of between 1-3 PQE looking for an exciting new role. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more less PQE from applying.
