Commercial/IT/Tech lawyer NQ – 1 & 2+ years PQE LONDON

Commercial law firm in London is looking to recruit two Commercial/IT/Tech lawyers – one of 0 to 1 year PQE and the other of 2 or more years’ PQE. The IT team works on complex, headline-making deals across the areas of contracts, IT, outsourcing and privacy. Having experience within the multi-billion-dollar environments of AI, cloud, automation, additive manufacturing and blockchain, they have worked on some of the largest outsourcing deals of the last few years. They have a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects, achieved by a continuous focus on clients' strategic objectives and a detailed understanding of the underlying technology. The successful candidates can expect get involved with advising on the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts across a variety of sectors which include: financial services, insurance, energy, consumer products, manufacturing, transportation/logistics, healthcare, retail, gaming, media and telecommunications. If you are already qualified you will already specialise in Commercial/IT matters. If you are newly-qualified, ideally you will have specifically undertaken a seat in Intellectual Property and/or Information Technology/Tech and/or Data Protection. However, our client will also consider NQ candidates who undertook a seat in general Commercial law.
