A Legal Admin/Clerk working within Birmingham City Council on a temporary assignment

A new temporary job opportunity has arisen working in the Legal Admin Team within Birmingham City Council, the largest local authority in the UK. This is a great time to join a team that is expanding rapidly.
Your new role
Within your new role as a Legal Clerk, you will be providing legal support to all fee earners within the Legal Services office. You will be doing general admin such as receiving calls and making for full notes for the attention of the appropriate fee earners. You will also be communicating with Solicitors and the Courts in writing as well as in person. You will also be creating and formatting letters from audio transcription or hand written notes as well as creating content tables, graphs and spreadsheets. Within this role, you will be required to photocopy and paginate legal bundles using general office equipment as well as lift files from one location to another within the office.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a Legal Clerk you will need to have experience in admin roles
