Family lawyer NQ – 2 & 3+ years’ PQE EXETER

Busy Family team in Exeter which specialises in private Family matters is seeking to recruit two Family lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team deals with a full range of family law matters and specialises in cases which deal with high-net-worth individuals and cross jurisdiction disputes. They have successfully represented clients in various matters, including those which have gone to the Court of Appeal, High Court and The Central Family Court. The team is regularly instructed by international clients or ultra-high net worth individuals with complex asset structures. They also have a wide range of national clients who require assistance with the breakdown of relationships, contact arrangements for children or domestic abuse. In addition to assisting clients with the breakdown of a relationship, they are also regularly instructed to prepare pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

For candidates of 3 or more years’ PQE you will ideally be Resolution-accredited though candidates midway through accreditation or planning to become accredited will also be considered. If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Family law.
