My client is a reputable, well established law firm based in south Manchester who are looking to expand their forward moving Real Estate team with the hire of an experienced, client focussed Commercial Property Solicitor NQ
Role Overview:
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
- Investment and trading property acquisitions
- Commercial leases
- Due diligence on all matters
- Refinancing next development matters
- Ex landlord and tenants matters
- Land/Development Site acquisition
The Candidate:
- Able to manage all aspects of their workload
- Ability to operate independently as well as part of a team
- Client focussed with exceptional service delivery levels
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- A confident communicator, written and verbally – internally and externally.
