Our client, a commercial law firm on Teesside, is looking to recruit a Corporate/Commercial lawyer with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to work in their busy Corporate and Commercial team. Clients come from a diverse range of sectors including e-commerce, engineering, IT, logistics and manufacturing to professional services, property and development and retail. The successful candidate can expect to undertake a variety of work and areas of expertise covered by the team include: • Acquisitions, mergers and disposals • Reorganisations/demergers • MBOs and MBIs • Business start up Company secretarial and administration • Corporate finance • Commercial contracting • E-commerce • Franchising • Intellectual property • Shareholder and partnership issues.
Candidates should have experience in at least some of these areas to be considered for this role.
