A top tier Legal 500 listed practice is looking to strengthen its private client offering with the appointment of an experienced Private Client Solicitor to be based at the firms’ office in Stratford with a high calibre caseload of private client matters.
This firm has a very strong regional presence and the practice is highly thought of within the Midlands market, regularly dealing with high value, quality matters and the firm has forged long standing relationships with a variety of clients due to it consistently providing an exceptional level of client care. The firm itself is very highly regarded within this field.
Working as part of a specialised, dedicated trust and tax team you will provide professional advice to a number of high net-worth individuals. With experience of trust administration this will form the majority of the workload alongside probate, wills and general private client work..
The firm is keen to speak with private client practitioners with anything from 2 years or more PQE who are experienced in dealing with a broad remit of tax and trust matters as well as other Private Client work. Knowledge of personal, trust and estate taxation is required.
