Commercial Paralegal required for niche law firm in the heart of Leeds city centre.
This is an interesting opportunity working for the lead Partners for the Commercial team and the Commercial Real Estate team.
You will work a core 9-5 day without any overtime. Perfect for anyone that is studying their SQE or LPC.
Duties will include:
• Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, companies, retail occupiers and private individuals
• Complex residential, industrial, retail and mixed-use development projects
• Promotion and option agreements relating to development land
• Bank lending and re-financings
• Portfolio acquisitions
