Our highly regarded client is a full-service Law firm, with offices based throughout all the UK. They are currently looking for a Solicitor or FCILEx to join their Corporate & Commercial team, based in Bristol with h ybrid working available. This is an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself and work alongside leading industry experts . This role offers a combination of office and home working.
Your new role
You will work with partners on a variety of important transactions and manage your own caseload of high quality corporate and commercial matters. This role offers a broad mix of Corporate and Commercial law work and will appeal to a lawyer seeking a genuine breadth of work and the opportunity to develop a range of skills. The role offers a high level of responsibility and 'hands on' experience. You will be part of a friendly, close-knit and highly motivated group of people who believe in achieving client objectives and delivering a top-quality service to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least one years' experience within a similar environment, however consideration will be given to a newly qualified lawyer with relevant pre-qualification corporate or commercial experience. If joining at the more experienced level, you will have an in-depth understanding of company, commercial and contract law, and experience in negotiating and delivering corporate and commercial transactions . You should be self-sufficient whilst also having the necessary qualities to work as part of a team .
