Commercial Legal Counsel

This leading and highly regarded International Operations and Analytics company is currently looking for a talented and ambitious Legal Counsel to join their thriving London Legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate currently in private practice to make the move to an in-house role, or a for an In-house Counsel to take the next step in their career.

The role

• Supporting the Head of Legal, and the wider team – nationally and internationally
• Advising on matters of employment law and supporting the HR department
• Providing excellent commercial legal advice 
• Supporting the further team on corporate/company law matters
• Collaborate with other in-house Counsel globally, and across multiple jurisdictions

The Person

• 4 + Years PQE ideally with a mix of private practice and in-house experience within the areas of corporate, technology, and software.
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Excellent Academics
• Experience in managing legal issues, and handling them accordingly
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Excellent business and commercial expertise 

Salary will be dependent on experience
