I am currently working with a directories recognised private client practice in the West Midlands who are looking to hire an additional Private Client Solicitor/Associate in to their expanding Birmingham based team.
About the role:
As part of this growing team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters and engage in BD activities. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, dependent on experience.
In this growth role you will gain exposure to the following:
- Manage a caseload of Private Client work
- High value/complex probate work
- Estate planning for high net worth individuals
- Advise clients in relation to their financial affairs
About you:
You will be a Private Client Solicitor familiar with the full ambit of private client work and have a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation. Given this role is Birmingham based, having worked in the West Midlands market would be of benefit in the role but is by no means a prerequisite.
You will be a qualified solicitor (UK or overseas equivalent) and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in Probate, Wills and Trusts matters - but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role.
You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop and expand your career expertise as part of this highly respected private client team.
