Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is one of the UK's leading full-service law firms, with offices in Oxford, London and the South East region. They provide clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national and international requirements. Their clients are commercial business, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals. 

The firm is seeking an NQ-2 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team. The role will require you to work closely with a partner and a senior associate who leads the real estate team in Oxford. 

The team deals with a range of matters, including the development of doctor's surgeries, charity properties, options and land promotion, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending. 

They are seeking applicants who have the following skills as there will be a wide variety of quality work, including:

• commercial development
• acquisition disposals
• licences & including financial development
• secured lending
• investment and asset management
• landlord and tenant matters 

This role would suit a candidate with previous experience of working for a larger commercial practice or a small firm known for its property work. 

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some key figures in the Commercial Property legal field in the South East region.
