THE ROLE

For a commercial contracts lawyer with cross-border experience to join as a Senior Editor to use your specialist legal knowledge of commercial law to provide and maintain a wide range of content.

Working in a supportive global team of highly experienced colleagues, you will deal with a breadth of interesting cross-border legal and editorial work including:

Analysing the latest commercial law, regulatory and policy developments, deciding which items to cover and to what extent.

Creating new and maintaining existing materials spanning a variety of formats

Commissioning, reviewing and editing content written internally and externally

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have 5pqe+ as a commercial contracts lawyer in either a law firm, in-house or at the bar and a demonstrable interest and ability in writing

You will have an in-depth understanding of commercial law and experience in advising on cross-border commercial work in particular contract law relating to the supply of goods and services, distribution, agency and advertising/marketing.

You will be looking to work in a supportive, collegiate and flexible environment, with plenty of training, development and opportunities to explore new areas of law and practice.
