A well-regarded London Borough Council is seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their large, friendly team on a locum basis.
This assignment will begin on a 3-month contract with a view to extend on a rolling basis. You will be working remotely with occasional visits to the office (up to once a month), with attendance to court as required, however they are still operating virtually for the foreseeable future. You may work in the office more frequently if that is your preference.
The successful Civil Litigation Lawyer will handle a variety of matters, including:
- Housing litigation
- Anti-social behaviour
- Poessessions proceedings
- Injunctions
- Homelessness
- Disrepair
- Licensing
- Debt recovery
