This is a great opportunity for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a well regarded firm based in Wiltshire.
You will ideally be a solicitor who has 4-6 years' PQE within Corporate & Commercial. You will be looking after a range of commercial clients which will include everything from large regional and national businesses to SMEs.
You will have a track record of advising on matters including Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Corporate restructurings and demergers, Fundraisings, Private equity and venture capital transactions.
