Commercial Counsel

This fast-moving and dynamic company develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging games to an audience of over 250 million monthly active users. They are now looking for a new Commercial Counsel to join the growing London team as they continue their expansion.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be joining a fun and collegiate team of 6 talented lawyers. You will be primarily responsible for drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts as well as leading on a multitude of IP matters, ranging from game clearances to registering group rights. Due to the nature of the team, you will be encouraged to support on other matters depending on your interests, from key mergers & acquisitions through to contentious matters.

The ideal candidate will be 2-4 years PQE with broad commercial experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in a comparative in-house environment. Experience across tech or IP matters will be looked on favourably. You need a driven, forward-thinking mindset and be comfortable collaborating with various internal business functions in a fast-paced environment.
