THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a regulatory lawyer with a background in financial services/consumer credit to join a growing in house legal department
As a member of high performing Legal and Compliance team your primary responsibility will be to support and advise the business on legal and regulatory matters, implementing regulatory change and supporting the delivery of strategic/tactical projects.
You will be working closely with the Director of Legal & Compliance to ensure the company operates within a robust regulatory and compliance framework .
There will be an opportunity to take on other legal work within your competence, as and when the business requires.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 3 + PQE handling financial services/consumer credit work, ideally with a knowledge of data protection regulations
Applicants will have previous experience working for a well-regarded law firm or in-house.
