A great new opportunity with a nationally renowned conveyancing firm for an experienced conveyancing paralegal, offering full training to a full conveyancer and remote working!
The role is looking for conveyancing paralegals that have gained one years experience with the ability to progress matters through to completion. You will be expected to handle a small caseload of 50 to 60 files and will be provided training until you are able to deal with these unsupervised. Transactions you will be dealing with will consist of: sale and purchases; predominantly freehold matters; as well as new build transactions.
There will be good opportunities to progress to a fully fledged conveyancer in a short amount of time. As well as this you will be provided training remotely and have the opportunity to work from home on a permanent basis. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £25,000 with a bonus of up to £4,000 per year, and you will be provided with all of your own IT equipment alongside other great benefits.
