Range of clients and work including access to multi track work up to £100K
The national casualty team work for an array of clients including all the major insurance companies as well as public sector clients, whether local government, councils, police other public sector organisations. They also advise major corporates.
As a result the range and complexity of work on offer is truly second-to-none: from litigated fast track to more complex EL/PL work of roughly up to £100K with a pathway to higher value cases still. This is a role where you can really develop your experience as a litigator, working with some of the best lawyers in this practice area.
