Interim Legal Counsel - Commercial

We have an interim Legal Counsel opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest pension funds in the UK, managing investments worth tens of billions on behalf of their clients and members, to make sensible but profitable investments.

They require the skills and experience of an experienced Legal Counsel to undertake a role focusing on handling their commercial contracts such as supplier agreements, platform arrangements, funds administration, investment management agreements, outsourcing contracts, data privacy matters and IP issues.

This is an exciting opportunity where you'll have the opportunity to work in a environment with an inspiring General Counsel who always allows their team members to work autonomously and in a manner they feel is beneficial and efficient to the team and organisation.

To be considered for the role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, or a common law territory, with previous in-house experience within a pensions/funds environment.
