My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers rated full-service law firm with a strong presence in the South West/Wales area. Offering a broad range of legal services, clients include FTSE 100 listed companies, small, medium, and large enterprises as well as sports associations, landowners, and high net worth individuals. 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified commercial property solicitor to join the expanding team in Cardiff, working on a varied caseload including site acquisitions and disposals, contract and lease negotiation and landlord and tenant matters. You will be working with a diverse client base, ranging from small organisations right through to global publicly quoted companies on all aspects of commercial property transactions.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 1-3 years' experience, but this is a guideline, and my client will consider candidates with more or less experience than this.
