Our client is a highly reputable and leading Legal500 law firm with offices across Scotland where its top ranked Real Estate team now seeks a commercial property associate/senior associate (4+ years’ PQE) to join its team based in Glasgow.
In this role, you will gain exposure to some of the best high-quality investment and development work in the Scottish market.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in acting for a large list of retail clients, hotel and leisure operators, commercial investors and developers, as well as funders. The role also has an international reach where you will engage regularly with lawyers across several jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will have gained strong commercial property experience and will demonstrate a real enthusiasm and interest for the property industry as well as drive and passion.
