Family Solicitor- Non-Fee Earning

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer interested in a change of career into a non-fee earning,client- based role. Excellent salary available plus car allowance.

The Firm
The UK's leading specialty lender provide financing to individuals to assist them in paying their legal bills in the family and probate legal markets.

This entrepreneurial, market leading business is looking to hire a Family Solicitor who is interested in a non-fee earning, client facing role. The primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with law firms across the north of England.

This will require visiting clients to communicate the value proposition, ensure enquiries are processed efficiently and clients are receiving a quality service.

This role would involve working from home and self-managing your diary between client visits and follow up work.

This is the ideal role for a Family Solicitor looking to take a step away from fee earning and more interested in client-facing activities and business development.

This will only involve client visits so you have no requirement to base yourself in an office daily, albeit periodic visits to the head office will be required, so would suit a dynamic, motivated Family Solicitor looking for a more flexile approach to working.
